What We Do
We carry out adequacy study for Lightning Protection for existing installation and design for new installations as per the latest IS / IEC 62305 & NBC 2016 which shall comprise the following:

Conventionally, a GI Pipe or CI Pipe or Plate is used as an electrode. The pit is excavated and the electrode is placed in the center and it is filled with soil, mixed with salt and charcoal. The conduction of current in the conventional earthing is electrolytic. Hence regular watering and charging of the earth pit is very essential to maintain low earth resistance.
Obviously, due to various practical constraints, this watering of electrodes and charging with salt is not being done regularly and the salt dissolves over a period of time due to rain. In many places, within 2-3 years, the resistance increases and makes the earthing system totally ineffective.
Our earthing range of products are totally Maintenance Free and conform to all leading National and International standards including IS:3043, NBC 2016, IEC 60364, IEC 62561-7, BS 7430 & IEEE 80.

Mr. SP Banale is a qualified engineer & management PG with total 33 years of experience with multinationals as an employee & as the channel partner. He has shown a very professional approach & modern view in his product development, solutions, implementation & services.
He is rather one of the 1st Indians to do pioneering work in E.S.E. (Early Streamer Emission) type advanced Lightning protection system according to NFC 17-102 French Standard.
He has a rich 17 years of long experience & big list of prestigious clients & important ESE installations, all over India.
